The Conscious Achiever

How to learn about, and welcome, ALL parts of us with IFS (with Lucy Orton)

Episode 13

I have always been fascinated by the work of IFS and find myself using the language without realizing that it is IFS. We all have different parts inside of us, and this is normal. To heal and grow, we must repair our relationship with all of our parts. I was thrilled to meet our guest Lucy Orton, who spoke about Internal Family Systems (IFS) in a clear and digestible way. I just had to have her on the podcast, and I am so thankful that she was open to it.

In today's episode, we explore the wonderful path of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and provide a deeper understanding of IFS.  Lucy will give us an introduction to basic concepts and what it's like to experience different parts of us and  practice IFS for restoring wholeness and Growth. Lucy Orton is an IFS-informed practitioner and a certified positive psychology coach as well as an Apple Top 10 podcaster (Self-Sabotage To Success). Lucy works with individuals and with organizations to empower their most valued talent. She helps clients unlock greater confidence and super-charge their self esteem and to shift mindsets away from feeling like an imposter or not enough into a space of radical self-compassion and kindness.
